PR 101 (Yes, it’s color index is in the Red section) is a inorganic synthetic iron oxide. Most people know this pigment by it’s store name Brunt Sienna. What I’m trying to point out is, like wine, it’s good to read the labels of your paint. Just knowing that this paint is Semi-Transparent makes a Big difference in what ever technique you are using.
